Terms of Service

Kleomai ("the Service") helps brands measure and improve how they are cited in answers from AI engines. It runs probes against public AI engines, diagnoses gaps, generates draft improvements for you to approve, and reports on results. Kleomai is operated by Kleomai, Inc. ("Kleomai", "we", "us").

The Service is currently offered to a limited group of design partners. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product develops.

You are responsible for your account, the credentials used to access it, and the activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you may not use it for any unlawful purpose.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as your own end use.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code.
• Submit domains or content you are not authorized to analyze or publish to.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you select (monthly or annual). Prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of the domains, queries, and content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process that data to operate the Service. Drafts and recommendations the Service generates are suggestions for your review. Nothing is published on your behalf without your explicit approval, and you are responsible for what you choose to publish.

AI engines are third-party systems that change without notice. We report what we observe and model likely impact, labeled as such. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, traffic, or revenue outcome. Metrics described as modeled or Beta are estimates, not measured guarantees.

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with notice where reasonable.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (payment owed, limitations of liability) will survive.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kleomai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
