Kleomai is a digital software service. There is nothing physical to ship. This page explains how and when access is delivered.
Digital delivery
Kleomai is delivered entirely online through your web browser at kleomai.com. There is no physical product and no shipping. Once your account is created and your plan is active, you access the Service by signing in.
Activation timing
Access to paid features is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed, which is typically immediate. Probes and reports begin on the schedule described for your plan. If access is not available shortly after a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
